Project Description

Rivington Chase is a mixed use redevelopment of a 150 acre brownfield site next to the Middlebrook retail and leisure park in Horwich, which has planning consent for 1700 houses, over 250,000 sq ft of industrial development and additional retail and leisure uses.

We own 50 acres in the central core of the site and have therefore been instrumental in driving the development forward working with the adjacent landowners, which include Bolton Council, Homes England and Network Rail. The first phase of residential development has commenced and work is underway on additional infrastructure including road connections.
