Project Description
We acquired the Xton Business Park from Redrow as part of their redevelopment of Buckshaw Village.
Originally consisting of some 150,000 sq ft of commercial space, we gradually broke it up by selling off buildings to owner occupiers. We retained the 55,000 sq ft office building which is occupied by a large international IT business. There are potential alternative uses on the remainder of the land that we own there.
