Project Description
We acquired two office properties in the town centre on a sale and leaseback deal with the Council in the late 1990s.
Having held these for income for many years we more recently sold one of the buildings back to the council who then demolished it as part of their town centre redevelopment strategy and retained the other, where we have achieved success following selective refurbishment in letting space to new occupiers.
We have recently achieved planning approval to modernise the building, this will include the refurbishment of the externals and internals of the property.
