Project Description
This 22 acre brownfield site was acquired in phases from ICI, remediated and the developed as a multi occupancy industrial estate to provide 400,000 sq ft of B2 / B8 space.
We subsequently disposed of it to an institutional investor to take advantage of the strong industrial market.
