Project Description
Church Wharf is a 13 acres town centre development scheme in the centre of Bolton.
We won an OJEU development competition in partnership with Ask Developments in 2006 and proceeded to obtain planning for a mixed use development. The downturn in the property market effectively put the scheme on hold and we have managed the property which was acquired ever since. We continue to work with the Council to ensure that their aspirations for the site can be realised with their new development partner, Muse
