Project Description
A 13 acre brownfield site which was acquired as an investment property with a lease to a single manufacturing tenant.
A deal was reached with the occupier to regear the lease which enabled us to then engage with the local authority and the community to seek and obtain planning consent for 200 houses. Following this we obtained vacant possession of the site by enabling the relocation of the tenant and then sold it in phases to Persimmon Homes.
