Project Description
We acquired the 22 acre industrial complex in a sale and leaseback deal with Ingersoll Rand.
We then subdivided the estate, refurbished units as they became available and let on the open market, improving rents and lease terms. This process continued when Ingersoll Rand vacated fully in 2010. We subsequently sold the industrial part of the site to one of the owner occupiers to take advantage of the strength of the market and then obtained residential planning working with Persimmon Homes on the remainder of the land.
