Project Description
We acquired the site from Aventis Pharmaceuticals and obtained planning for a mixed use development including a large foodstore and over 300 houses.
Having worked closely with the previous owners to undertake a comprehensive remediation of the ground we then sold the residential phase to Bellway and Bloor Homes before selling the foodstore site to Sainsburys. Given the changes in the retail marketplace, Sainsburys took the decision not to proceed with the store and we have been working with them on alternative uses for the remainder of the site.
