We acquired the 96,000 sq ft industrial unit with a substantial yard area from the previous occupiers in 2005.
Following a comprehensive refurbishment we let the space and subsequently asset managed it through the lease cycle before selling the property to take advantage of the strength of the industrial market in recent years.
